Many organisations will not allow you to send a CV when applying for a role with them and only allow you to apply via their application form.


In our experience this is just another version of your CV but in a format that makes it easy for the recruiter to find the information wanted and speeds up the shorlisting process.


Nonetheless, it is important that you complete the form appropriately and fully and that you are careful with the words used and that you check spelling.


Normally there is a space for you to write information in support of your application. You must make the best use of that area.
